After Scoring a string of Top 40 HITS on the US HOT DANCE MUSIC/MAXI SINGLES CHARTS respectively, CORINA would catapult onto the US BILLBOARD HOT 100 with her smash hits "NOW THAT YOU'RE GONE", "WHISPERS" & TOP 10 HIT, "TEMPTATION". TV appearances on ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, "CLUB MTV" with DOWNTOWN JULIE BROWN & "SHOWTIME AT THE APOLLO" among others would give way to national MTV & VH1 tours with the likes of MARKY MARK(Mark Wahlberg), BOYS II MEN, ICE CUBE and another US BILLBOARD HOT 100 HIT, "SUMMERTIME, SUMMERTIME", Produced by LIL JON for SOSO DEF RECORDS. 

Shifting gears, CORINA also made waves on the BIG SCREEN with a leading role opposite MARC ANTHONY in "EAST SIDE STORY" before starring opposite ANTHONY MICHAEL HALL in "FUNNY VALENTINE" and EMMY & GOLDEN GLOBE winner PETER DINKLAGE in "FORTUNES". CORINA would later be hand picked by OSCAR winning Actor/OSCAR nominated Director TIM ROBBINS to portray the famed Mexican Artist FRIDA KAHLO, in his TOUCHSTONE PICTURES release, "CRADLE WILL ROCK" where CORINA would star opposite RUBEN BLADES, JOHN CUSACK & OSCAR winning legends SUSAN SARANDON & VANESSA REDGRAVE.

Not stopping at roles being offered her, CORINA would go on to Create, Write & Produce the kind of roles she wanted to be seen for. Her love for developing Character & Story would lead to 3 feature length screenplays, two One-Woman-Shows and a Sitcom Pilot she would Write, Produce, Direct and Star in, entitled "LATIN IN AMERICA", based on her dysfunctional yet ironically hilarious real life family. She would also go on to create a fun loving, fictional character, LUPITA, for her YOUTUBE Series "LUPITA SAYS" which is adored by dedicated fans and followers all over the world.
